Taking the first step toward changing your life requires courage, self-awareness, and a whole lot of bravery. Whether you are looking to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, or you’re struggling with the lasting effects of trauma, betrayal, or love addiction, coaching can help you develop self-worth and self-confidence as you learn to live with authenticity.
Using a holistic approach that incorporates customized treatment modalities, I’ll help you move past self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that are holding you back from inner healing, purpose, and fulfillment. And I’m not going to sugar-coat it. You’ll very likely have to face some uncomfortable truths, and to be prepared to make changes that won’t be easy.
But I’ll be in your corner, celebrating every small success with you, as I work with you to develop healthy boundaries, heal hurts, and learn how to love your authentic self.

No, coaching is not a insurance covered service. Coaching is private pay only, and is not connected to your health insurance, HSA, or out of network coverage.

Sessions on a sliding scale of $150 - $180 and last up to 50 minutes. When scheduling your first session, we will discuss a rate that meets your financial needs.

I recommend starting with weekly or bi weekly coaching. Once we start building momentum, session frequency may change based on your individual goals.
