Coaching Services

The process of creating meaningful change takes courage, self-awareness, and resilience.

Coaching offers support for deepening self-understanding, relational recovery, and processing the lasting effects of trauma or betrayal. It also helps couples rebuild connection and repair relational wounds. For some, this healing work also includes preparation for, or integration of, psychedelic experiences, approached through a trauma-informed lens. Across all of these areas, the work creates space for growth, healing, and living an open-hearted, relational life.

Together we will face hard truths, and make changes that aren’t always easy.

The work is hard, but it is so worth it.

Walking this journey together can be vulnerable. Trust me, I’ve been there. While our stories may be unique, it can be reassuring to know that I’m just a fellow traveler. I’ve navigated the path of relational recovery from love addicted relationships, relational trauma, and attachment wounds, and have prioritized building imperfect but healthy relationship patterns that bring me joy and fulfillment. If I can do it, I know you can too.

I am excited to meet you and get to work!

  • Relational Recovery: Healing Relational & Attachment Trauma

Past trauma and early attachment patterns can create friction, distrust, and emotional volatility - both within yourself and in your relationships. These patterns often show up in subtle, persistent ways, keeping you stuck in cycles of disconnection or overwhelm.

In our work together, I’ll help you make sense of your life story, gently piecing together how your past has shaped your present. These stories matter deeply. They often carry pain that deserves to be witnessed, not rushed or fixed, but met with care and curiosity.

As we move through this process together, we’ll begin to recognize and release trauma responses, and create space for new ways of relating, to yourself and others.

We will explore what it means to approach life and relationships with an open heart - a heart that can be both vulnerable and resilient. By integrating practices of self-compassion, boundaries, and open-heartedness, you begin to reclaim the capacity for connection and intimacy, without fear of losing yourself.

My approach to healing trauma is guided by training in trauma reprocessing - Accelerated Resolution Therapy, parts work - Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, sacred space holding, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

This work is tender and transformative. You don’t have to face it alone.

  • Living Relationally: Couples Coaching

Couples Coaching is a powerful space to reimagine how you show up in relationship.

My work with couples is grounded in Relational Life Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. These modalities provide a rich, integrative framework for addressing trauma, improving communication, and cultivating deeper intimacy.

We begin by exploring the patterns that keep you stuck - often dynamics rooted in protective behaviors, misunderstandings, or unmet needs. I work collaboratively with you, offering honest observations about your current relationship pattern and helping you understand how each of you contributes to the relational system.

Next we examine the deeper layers beneath the surface. Early attachment wounds, past trauma, and relationship histories shape how we connect, disconnect, and protect ourselves in partnership. As these patterns are acknowledged and honored, new possibilities for closeness and repair begin to emerge.

Once these deeper layers are acknowledged, we focus on practicing new skills to strengthen connection, improve communication, and enhance relationality. This work isn’t about perfection - it’s about growing the capacity for real connection, even in hard moments.

  • Psychedelic Preparation & Integration

Psychedelic and plant medicine experiences can offer powerful opportunities for healing, particularly when it comes to trauma and attachment wounds. When approached with intention, safety, and thoughtful integration, these experiences can lead to transformation.

I offer coaching to individuals and couples, either in the preparation phase, the integration phase, or both, depending on your needs.

Preparation: We will explore your intentions, clarify your goals for the experience, and create a solid foundation of safety - emotionally, physically, and energetically.

Integration: After your experience, we work together to make sense of the insights that emerge and to process emotional and psychological content. Integration helps you weave the transformative insights into your everyday life, supporting deep healing and growth. If you’ve experienced any trauma during your journey, or related to set and setting, I am here to support you in processing those experiences as well, helping you move forward with a renewed sense of safety.

My work is guided by specialized training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), sacred space holding with plant medicine (including two weeks of immersive training in Ecuador), and a trauma-informed, holistic approach.

I hold this work with deep respect and care, and my goal is always to provide a grounded, safe, and supportive space for your integration.

    Healing Trauma

Are we a great fit?

Everyone carries something. Sometimes it’s a quiet heaviness. A sense of disconnection from your partner. Or the feeling that the person you see in the mirror isn't quite who you thought you'd be.

If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed in your relationship, or just tired of pretending everything’s fine, you’re not alone.

I work with adults and couples who are ready to look honestly at their lives and start figuring out what they actually want, especially in their relationships, both with others and with themselves.

I’m most helpful to clients who are motivated to doing the kind of work that’s not always easy, but that leads somewhere meaningful. Together, we’ll identify the dynamics shaping your relationships, heal past wounds, and help you reconnect with who you are - beneath all the noise and expectations of life.

The work we will do together is deep and intentional. If you're ready for meaningful change, we might be a great fit.

 FAQs

  • All coaching sessions are offered virtually, either through video or phone calls, to make connecting as convenient and accessible for you as possible. Whether you're at home or on the go, we can connect wherever you feel most comfortable. I encourage you to choose a calm, private space where you feel at ease, so you can fully engage in the session.

  • While both therapy and coaching are collaborative, goal-oriented processes, there are important distinctions between them.

The key difference is that coaching does not follow a clinical or medical model. In coaching, we won’t be diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. Coaching also allows me to take a holistic approach and draw from a variety of techniques and modalities.

If at any point I believe your needs would be better supported by a licensed mental health therapist, I’ll share that feedback with care and help guide you toward appropriate next steps.

  • Coaching is a private pay service and is not covered by health insurance, including HSA/FSA accounts or out-of-network benefits.

While this means clients are responsible for the full cost of sessions, there are valuable benefits to working outside the insurance system:

    • More Privacy: Your personal information, goals, and progress remain confidential between us. There’s no need to share diagnostic codes or clinical notes with a third party.

    • No Diagnosis Required: Coaching is focused on growth and change, not diagnosing or treating a mental health disorder. Without the need for a diagnosis to justify services, we can focus purely on what matters to you.

    • Greater Flexibility: Private pay allows us to tailor the structure, pace, and techniques to fit your unique needs, rather than conforming to insurance limitations.

    • Whole-Person Approach: Coaching supports the full spectrum of personal development—emotional, relational, behavioral, and beyond—which may fall outside the scope of what insurance typically reimburses.

I understand that investing in your growth is a meaningful commitment, and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have about the payment process or what to expect.

  • Here’s a breakdown of my current session rates:

    • 50-minute individual session: $175

    • 50-minute couples session: $200

    • 90-minute couples session: $250

Payments are processed securely through a fully encrypted online portal. Your credit card information is stored safely and only charged after each session.

If you have any questions about the payment process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want this part of our work together to feel just as respectful and easeful as the rest.

  • I typically recommend starting with weekly or every other week sessions, depending on your needs, goals, and capacity. Consistent sessions—especially early on—help us build momentum, create meaningful shifts, and deepen the work.

If you're unable to meet regularly, it may be a sign that this isn’t the right time or fit, and that’s okay. I want you to feel set up for success, and consistency is one of the most important ingredients.

That said, I know this is a significant commitment of time, energy, and resources. I’m here to support you in making the decision that feels right for you. As we move forward, we can always revisit the frequency and adjust as needed to best support your growth.
